DARK Times for DC DBG Fans!

DC DBG fans,
We love hearing about so many of you getting your rewards. The DC Deck-Building Game community is at the center of what we do at Cryptozoic, so your support and feedback means the world. Next month, DC DBG: Justice League Dark will hit retailers and we’ll be counting on you, the hardcore fans, to spread the word wide and far. It all starts with you.
In terms of fulfillment, all games should have been shipped out by now, except for in the EU, areas of Asia outside of China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and regions that qualify as “rest of world.” We expect the EU to finish shipping this week and the other aforementioned regions will be going out slowly over the next few weeks.
Here’s some specific info on who to contact with any issues:

EU Shipping Update

Many of you have started receiving your games! We are so excited to hear what you all think. Please keep sharing in the comments!
We wanted to check in with an update on EU fulfillment. Since May 1, 8, and 10 are holidays in France (where the warehouse is), there will be some delays in EU shipping by Bigblue. The bulk of orders will go out after May 10. If you’re in the UK, your games should have arrived or they’re on their way.

Shipping Begins!

DC DBG fans,
Great news! Fulfillment has started and we are so excited!
Specifically: US, UK, and EU shipping started TODAY. It will take a couple of weeks for everything to ship out, so please be patient. Australia, New Zealand, and China fulfillment will begin Monday. If you’re in Canada, orders are being sent from the US to FedEx Canada now and it should take a couple weeks for them to start going out.
About address confirmations and tracking numbers: If you’re in the US (and most other regions), you should have received an address confirmation email. If you did not, please check your spam folder. If you’re concerned or had an address change somewhat recently, please immediately contact QML or the relevant shipping partner (see below). Once orders go out, you should receive a tracking number in most regions. If you’re in Canada, you may get a FedEx tracking number now but since your order first needs to arrive at FedEx Canada first, it may not actually ship for another couple weeks.

Dark days are here… Justice League Dark, that is! All games have arrived at fulfillment centers around the world and our partners are rolling up their sleeves and getting ready to start shipping next week. It’s been a long road and you have all been amazing, so we are thrilled to be getting you your rewards. We can’t wait to hear what you think!
Here’s some specific info on when fulfillment will start and who to contact with any issues:

- As QML is working on fulfilling another big project this week, they will start US and ROW fulfillment by mid or late next week. For Canada, orders will be shipped to a FedEx Canada facility for distribution next week and then should start going out a week or so after that.
